LoadingDockM8 — Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (LoadingDockM8 Terms) govern access to and use of LoadingDockM8, an online directory providing loading dock and building access intelligence to assist transport operators and delivery personnel navigating high-density urban environments. These Terms are to be read together with the DeliveryM8 Suite Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists, these LoadingDockM8 Terms prevail.

By accessing or using LoadingDockM8, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LoadingDockM8 is an online directory that aggregates and displays information about loading docks, building access points, parking configurations, and access restrictions in high-density urban areas. It is designed for pre-planning and advisory purposes only. All information must be independently verified by the operator prior to reliance.

Dock and access data is sourced from building managers, transport operators, publicly available information, and information gathered during the Pilot Program. Elevator Mate Pty Ltd does not independently verify all data and makes no representation that any dock data is accurate, current, or complete.

Users acknowledge that directory data may be:

• outdated due to changes in building access arrangements or construction
• incomplete where information has not been provided or updated
• inaccurate where data has been entered in error
• not reflecting temporary, seasonal, emergency, or event-based access restrictions

Elevator Mate Pty Ltd is responsible for the platform infrastructure but not for the accuracy of individual data entries. Data Contributors are responsible for ensuring submitted data is accurate. Operators are responsible for independently verifying data before operational reliance.

Data Contributors must ensure submitted data is accurate at the time of submission and must promptly update data where changes occur. Users who identify inaccurate data are encouraged to report it to hello@deliverym8.com.

Access to LoadingDockM8 during the Pilot Program is limited to authorised participants. The Pilot Program is designed to:

• test the Tool's functionality
• gather feedback
• build the dock data directory
• assess effectiveness in reducing urban delivery congestion and emissions

Participation does not create any obligation on Elevator Mate Pty Ltd to launch LoadingDockM8 commercially or to provide continued access after the Pilot Program concludes.

All intellectual property in the LoadingDockM8 platform is owned by Elevator Mate Pty Ltd. By submitting data, Data Contributors grant Elevator Mate Pty Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, aggregate, and distribute that data as part of the LoadingDockM8 directory and related DeliveryM8 products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevator Mate Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from:

• reliance on inaccurate or incomplete dock data
• inability to access a loading dock or building
• fines or penalties incurred where access arrangements differ from directory data
• any traffic incident or vehicle damage
• loss of time or revenue from inaccurate access information

Pilot Program participants accept that the Tool is under active development and Elevator Mate Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from the incomplete or experimental nature of the Tool during the Pilot Program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the DeliveryM8 Suite Terms and Conditions.
